Default VendettaST suspension questions

What are the best quick suspension mods to a VendettaST to allow the truck to do some mild bashing or handle a rougher track setting better?

Also, which are the heaviest shock springs the green or blue? Thanks!

remove everything... and use thick CA glue to cover 3 of the 4 holes on the shock piston

No need to replace the stock springs with something firmer?

Just planning on doing some mild bashing with it on a trip. Going to make a makeshift track but it won't be the nice groomed hard pack that a real track would have.

With my stock springs, I found that the truck would bottom out anytime it caught air. Changing to the hard (green) springs fixed that.

You could also get some thicker oil and do the shock mod as stated above.

doing this might cause the car to act like a pogo.. make it too bouncy

According to DTX's manual that is what they reccomend for off-road track with large jumps.

Yea I know that it's not the best for that type of running I was just saying that DTX says that it is.
