Ok i just found out the top speed of a xray nt18 it is about 34 mph. Im trying to do research on how fast it will go with the ofna .06 motor in it. I know that this motor has 35000 rpm which is 5000 rpm more than the stock motor. Anyone have any odea on how fast it wll go with stock gearing, and with the 25t clutchbell? Thanks

the vid didnt work but is it the one where they show that the stock speed was 24mph and then the speed with this motor was 36mph, cuz i just saw it.

are you sure the .06 will fit? if it does, im pretty sure it should do atleast 40-45. thats a very strong engine, and the only problem i see, is that you might not have any traction left at all, which is already the case for me with the stock engine

As per your traction, see the other thread. Yes, the .06 fits with a slight bit of modification to the motor mount. There are a few threads on the xray forum showing the process.
