Tire guestions
What would be good tires for a track with hard packed damp clay. I've asked in a few thread with no answers. And searching did not help.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Tire guestions
you'll want to use pin spike tires, larger spikes dig into loose dirt to get grip where as it sounds like no loose dirt or at most little loose OR a block tire will give you better grip and won't bend like a spike would work which is also made for harder packed surfaces.

RE: Tire guestions
I'd rather just buy tires that I don't have to mod and stuff like that. What would be a good set of tires for short crass with some sand? Id there a paddle tire that I can buy for when I take my car to the beach?

nasher you dont want to use spikes on hard packed dirt.. you want to use something with small pins.. like the proline holeshots

RE: Tire guestions
maybe we are calling the same thing by differ4nt names..
gernrally when there isnt much traction,, smaller treads in a softer compound works best.. this is why proline holeshots are so popular.. but on really soft dirt the larger treads will need to dig in and put some rubber down on the tera firma..
then if the stock wheels worked then go for it.. when you say grass.. i think of thick stuff cut short.. that even my detta has a hard time getting through.. and it leaves my motor , battery and esc smokin hot..

There was not much resistance with the stock tires so I don't think that I need to get bigger rims.
