Default vendetta brushless q

i have a vendetta st and i want to go brushless. i know that the output shaft is an odd size and you have to use the right pinion gear, what my question is, is what pinion do i need to buy to run the trinity cobalt brushless motor( the same size output shaft as the mamba, tieken, blah blah most other mini motors). i heard the robinson racing metric pinion will work, but i want to know for sure and exactly witch one thanks.

It might be worth reading Jaejw1's reviews of brushless motors before you make a decision (permax and ammo motors are really popular). I believe the stock detta pinions are 2.3mm and the robinson racing metric pinions are 3.2mm. Do you know the shaft size of the trinity? I thought the mamba stuff was 2mm but I'm not sure.

The trinity cobalts have a 2mm shaft. You can use atomic 2mm metric pinions. You can get them at thetoyz.com. Search "atomic pinion" in the vendetta section of the store.

check my signature for a link to the thread for brushless motors.. the smaller motors will not work efficiently in the vendetta..
