I need Some help with what i need to run with this motor and speed control.

Get the JR SM-22 servo, the servo saver for it (LOSB0820), and the Pico 75MHz receiver. You will need an FM radio as well. Since you have the lipo, you should be good to go!
Servo = 18 bucks
Saver = 4 bucks
Receiver = 20 bucks
Radio = you can find an FM for pretty cheap!
