Default Orion Baja Gearing

Just picked up an orion baja for my mini t. I will need a new pinion (metal)......

I was wondering what size pinion should I get?? I mainly just race around and do a tiny bit of track racing.... What pinion size would you recommend that will keep the motor cool and best fit my driving style.

Also, where do I get them at...I really only need one....but most places dont say if they sell the gear with the little nut that holds it in place.... Anyone got one they wanna get rid of lol....

Thanks
