Never exceed 1C when choosing the amperage to charge a Li-Po battery unless directed to by the battery manufacturer.

This means that you charge the battery at a rate based on the mAh of the battery you are charging.

Examples of 1C = 2300mAh @ 2.3 amps OR 4500mAh @ 4.5 amps OR 500mAh @ 0.5 amps... etc.
