It looks like Medusa Research is quitting R/C and I still don't have a motor for my CRT .5. Any motors of similar quality and price?

Or you could get a Hobbywing EzRun 60a 5.5T ESC/motor combo , I have the 5.5T combo in my Mini Hyper STe and it ROCKS ! Cost me 85.00 shipped and was worth every penny IMO .
But if you dont mind spending the cash a Mamba Max Pro and a NUE 1509 motor would be sweet !

700 watts of power is almost double what my setup is so you will have one ballistic car....

A 1509 will serve you better, imo. 1506 would go well in a 2wd 1/10 scale or something with less rotational inertia to move. I've been running a 4s in my CRT.5 with a 1509 1.5y for a while and even driving it hard in the Oklahoma summer heat it hasn't been over 145. If you plan on sticking with small buggy wheels and tires the 1506 might do "ok".

yup just a different color case and a little development to be more suitable for cars. that motor would rock in a 12 scale...
