Just Ordered a 1/16 Slash, Need Batteries
I just ordered a slash and now im gonna buy a couple of batteries. Im going to the LHS tomorrow to pick up another stock battery as well as a quick charger if they have one in stock. I know lipo is the way to go, but i may just wait and do those when i pick up a 1/10 scale vehicle.... but anyways Ijust got a 20 buck discount code off a 50 dollar order from tower..I was wondering whats the best nimh batteries off there for the buck... what kinda run times would i get from running 2 duratrax 6c 7.2v 3000mah in parallel with each other, is this possible? if not what are some better options out there for extended run times off of nimh's

these will work i havent used them but i bet there better than the stock ones that come with your car. but i am going to get some lipos from hobby king once spring rolls around here.

For NiMH batterys they HAVE to be 2/3A cells which i do believe can only go to 1600mah but you can correct if im wrong.
