2 Fields!!

My Feedback: (1)
Our club will have 2 fields next year, we already have a nice one down in snowcamp, and its 23 miles from me, I rode out to the new location tonight and it is 6.5 miles from my house!! at the old landfill..but we cant fly on it til next year but have to get the runway ready to seed this sept...wooooohooooo

i was out there on there a few weeks ago...i met a guy,and he told me about the new site.(can't remember his name tho)he said that it's going to be a lot bigger than the one yall have now.

Well, folks, I don't want to brag (yes I do) but we have just gotten the runway paved at our latest field. That makes seven where we can fly.
Of the other six, five are paved.
The only reason the one is unpaved is that the glider and sailplane boys prefer the grass.
These fields are scattered over an area roughly 50 miles east to west, and 30-35 miles north to south, Pensacola to Fort Walton Beach, nobody has to go too far to find a place to fly.

We are not a rich club, but if enough of us agree on something, we have the money to do it.
You are all welcome to move to western Florida and join us.
And there are other clubs in the area with their own fields, if you don't like us join one of them.
