Default New Tiny Toy

I have a new Tiny Toy for Pee Wee or 250 size E-power. TD .010 might fly it with some nose weight.

It is an adaptation of the New Stik on The Block that I built a couple of months ago. Same basic profile and plan form but with the edges rounded off.

With the rounding you've got a "friendlier" look. I like it, the cowl really makes it.

I hope no one is offended by your power source, I was thinking of doing a little e plane that could be Coxed if the you wanted. I just like this group and this size plane the best.

Hi Rich ... I'm not up ended at all.. The original was designed for a Pee Wee. Had it running like a Top on the bench but the Cox did the Cox thing at the field (Damned Divas). I was thinking of having Five or Six cut and putting them out there to see what happens.

Ha Ha... I'll send you a JPG and you make a stick and tissue instead of slab side.. Might want to enlarge tad though.

I got the idea from the Heath Baby Bullet and the 20's / 30's racers.

Amazing that the flyers that did it for fun had faster aircraft than the military in those Golden Days of Aviation.

I've been playing with foamies to long and I NEED to cut/sand some balsa pretty quick or I'm afraid I'll suffer withdrawal symptoms. Do you think you could make up a kit or at least offer some plans?

It would be neat to have a "cartoon racer" build this season on the 1/2a forum, maybe using this plane as the starting point.

Very slick looking!! You know it had to be a great little plane to get Raymond pecking on the keyboard again.

What's the covering - it looks almost too translucent to be silkspan.

Covering is tissue. I built it and a friend covered it.
