Looking for servo choices / recommendations to use in a 49" span SIG Rascal.

Anything that weighs less than 3/4 ounce with decent speed and 20 oz/in of torque (more than necessary really) will be more than adequate. If you put a glow engine in it, be sure the servo uses grommets.

21 grams seems a little heavy for a 1/2A servo. The HS81 is only 16gms. I was thinking more in the 11 range.

I used the small Blue Hitec HS 55 micro servos in my 1/2A Rascal, glow version, and they worked great.
