Default Monokote hinges

I'm building the Roaring 20 ,020 powered, and the tail group is made from 1/16" sheet.Too thin for 1/2 A hinges, whats the go with Monokote.I've ironed on both sides and the elev. won't move, and on only one side it feels like a bit of flutter would rip it off.How do you guys hinge 1/16 balsa control surfaces?

There's a whole thread in here about hinging techniques some where. I asked the same question about six months ago. Do a search on "hinging techniques" and I'm sure you will find it. Theres lots of information there and some pictures of excellent monocoat hinges by bipe flyer. But basicly your problem is that you have to allow for movement of the control surface when covering.
