The Golden Bee is a Babe Bee with a 8cc tank anodized golden/yellow. Stock it should have a single bypass cylinder. They are not meant to be power houses.

it's a later one which apparently came with twin bypass cylinder and throttle ring as standard.

It'll be a nice sport engine in the right model. Like Tim said it's not a powerhouse but if it truly has the twin bypass (not exhaust) ports then it's the same as a Black Widow but without the colour and it'll be as good as a Black Widow for performance. If so you'll be happy with it. If it does have a single bypass then it'll still be fine for a slower and lighter model.

Mine flys just fine on a 'Q Tee' at 16 oz.
I am using an old Ace pulse radio with magnetic actuator. Forget the throttle as flights are quite short.
