Sheet the wing between the rearmost and 2nd spruce spars with 3/32 balsa. Then cut holes for the servos. Thats what I did. You also could run rails between the ribs instead of sheeting. Either way once you have the rails or sheeting in place, drill your mounting screw holes, tap the hole with the screw, remove the screw and harden the hole with a drop of thin CA. I'll see if I still have some pics to post.

Darren

Pic one - My HW. You can see how I sheeted the wing
Pic two - I think this is Jeremy's origional. You can see he used rails.

Darren,

What did you use for your pull pull guides? I couldn't get a good look at them from the picture, but they look neatly done.

Thanks,
Duke

The guides can be made from thin music wire, just bend your own eye in one end, then score the "tail" with some dikes, and ca glue it in a strategic place.

--- Good idea CP.

or you can also used small screw eyes from the hardware store. I use some with an ID of about 1/8". I think a package of 10 cost a buck or two.

Either method will work equally as well, just make sure that there are no burrs inside the guide. The burrs can and will cut through the lines.

As for placement, place the forwardmost guide on the fuse infront of the aileron hingeline and inside the aileron's root edge. This will make sure that the aileron does not catch on the pull pull lines.

Here's a another pic of a radio setup that might help.

Duke I was in the UWYH (use what you have) mode so I got a bag of misc hardware and just used anything with a hole in it as a guide. I think it was plastic aleron hardware. I just kind of cut it up and epoxied it the the fuse.

.

Match makes a good point here. It's seems so obvious it's not even worth mentioning but guess what I origionaly did when mounting my forward guide. Yup put it right where the aleron would hit it. I just looked at it and thought about my knack for moronic building practices.
