Default Basic floats layout

Looking for a basic float layout. The Post "FLYING BOAT" stired the juices. There is a float fly @ Lake Havasu this November that I have been thinking of attending and toying with the idea of putting floats on one of my toys.

Default RE: Basic floats layout

Steve, go do a search in the FloatFly forum. There are several references to some great float layou articles and calculators. I like the calculators better because they work off percentages instead of hard numbers. Too many of the articles say the step should be 3/4" tall, etc, when in fact it should be a percentage of some reference number tall...
