Hey all,
I just wanted to thank Guillows for sending me plans for the Stearman.
Several years ago I picked up a kit at an estate sale, with the intent
in making it a park flyer. I took it out about a month ago and looked it over.
The kit was missing 1/2 of the plans (they are marked with a dotted line
for the purpose of cutting them in half). So I sent Guillows an email
explaining the situation, and asked if I could buy the half I needed to build it.
Well, I got not only a full set of plans, I also got the decals, the templates, the
building instruction sheet, tissue, a catalog, & a price sheet!
So thanks Guillows, that was over and above the call of duty and very trusting
of you to send me that stuff. I promise I'll buy an another "Arrow" like I have
been meaning too for a while now! (The 600 & 700 series planes actually fly OK!)

That's good to hear of a company being nice-
I've long schemed on asking Guillow's to release plans and patterns for the old Comet models.
I think Guillow bought Comet, as on the Guillow site they list a foam glider with the comet logo on it.
Perhaps I should drive over there and pester them..
