Default .15 for LST Trainer??

Is a .15 MVVS engine OK for the LST Trainer? I just found a good deal on one and wondered if it was worth getting.

Thanks
Dustin

It's a great engine, but not for the trainer. If you don't mind having it sit around, I say get it! You can get an airplane for it later.

I think I will, save it for my HOB FW-190, as long as the price stays right. Where do you get the rear mount muffler from??

A .15 would be way too much for the LST.

www.morrishobbies.com is the importer, I believe. They don't list the .15 anymore, but still carry the parts.

If you haven't started building the LST yet, scale up the plans slightly to compensate for the slightly larger engine.I printed off two copies of plans for the lil'tiger. One for .061-.074 and the other for a .15-.25 aproximately.I liked the look of it that much.
