Default Kamdax Mig Elevator

Can someone please explain or provide pictures of neutral elevator position? I'm almost ready for maiden, and I'm not quite sure what the [instructions?] are trying to communicate.

The bottom of the circle near the front of the V-stab is supposed to be just touching the top of the fuselage.

Here's a picture of mine at the neutral position.

Ok, thanks. I thought so, but the elevator looks like it's not quite level in that position.

Here's another question. This is my first glow plane after 7 electric planes. These little ridges under the wing root are the CG marks, right? As fuel burns, the CG will move forward, so should I balance the plane with a full tank to the rear CG mark, and then check again with an empty tank to make sure it hasn't moved too far forward?

The fuel tank is very close to the CG, so it has little effect. Just balance it between the middle 2 notches.
