It appears to be 3 mm but I haven't determined the thread pitch.

thanks, i have the screw and spinner but i need to know the thread size becuase the flat head on the screw is worn out and hard to tighten.

Well. whatever hardware store you were/are going to take it too for replacement should be able to tell you, if its not in a plane ,take it with you to be sure....Rog

I just checked mine. It's 4mm x .7mm. Kinda suprised me for I also thought it was 3MM.
