Default 1/2A Bipe Flyer

I just wanted to let you guys know that my wife and I had our second child today. An 8 lb 14 oz boy, born 3 years and 1 week after his big sister. We arrived at the hospital at 8:15 in the morning, the baby was born at 9:43 and we were on the way home by 5:00 in the evening. We've got the name narrowed down to 2 or 3, but we can't decide which to go with. Hey, we only had 9 months to think about it!

Hmm, maybe I should build a Guillow's kit to hang in his room - just to start him off in the right direction.

Bipe,

Just think, 10 more and you could have your own Squadron.

Congratulations to you and te Mirs. I know you are very proud.

I support the Guillows hanging in the room. Actually you should make it a mobile of all biplanes!

Must perpatuate!

Vic is a nice name...
Revver 41.5 is the reason I got in this hobby in the first place. His mom wanted a plane to hang in his room. It took a few years till the LHS gave us a Cox PT-19 to hang.

Dont name him Roger, trust me , watch the comercials,,,and dont hang a cox fairchild directly over his crib, they hurt after about a year when the come crashing down..let the kid be Andrew Jr.. and then give him a nickname like , Drew or Ace, or Stinky or something but not Roger!!

Congratulations to you and your wife on the new arrival. Fun to have a girl and a boy. I am still in the process of making some models to hang from his ceiling

I have two very good friends named Raymond. And no Mr. Frenchman they don't both live in your cranium or Garner either. Down here in the US they don't let us take the new ones home till they get a name. That was a major issue with my first. With #2 my wife let everyone who came in the room vote on a few choices. Vic lost again[].

Congratulations on the new arrival -- I suspect the next few weeks may be more dedicated to covering baby bottoms rather than covering planes. Enjoy every minute of it -- they grow up all too fast. I'll cast my vote for Andrew, Jr. -- can't go wrong with that name.

Hey Bipe. Not sure if Guillows would be starting the kid off right... Maybe a Herr or something like that.

Can you notice a theme here?

Hey, shouldn't you be making her breakfast or somthing instead of messing around in RCU? Congratulations.

Bipe -

Congratulations to you and your wife on the birth of your son. If he's anything like my youngest, you'll have a building buddy who sits on you lap for hours at a time just watching you build.

Hogflyer

PS - I hope he spells better than I do or he'll be doomed to a life in aviation....

Congrats to you and your wife Bipe. May he be healthy, happy, and sleep through the night.

I have always been partial to "Sig". But "Lanier" or "Goldberg" are fine names too.

Thanks for all the kind wishes, guys. Good suggestions for the names. My father's name is George, so we decided on Giorgio. I tell ya, he is pretty happy.

I was thinking Guillow's so I wouldn't be tempted to fly it.

Congratulations, Andrew! Giorgio is a great name, too. Donaldo would have been another choice.
