Tile Print
Black Flight's Tile Print is becoming
one of my favorite programs. For what I was paying for one drawing at Kinkos was about the price of the software. I'm not that good at using it so far but the results keeps getting better. Where I'm having trouble is with DXF files. When I open a DXF I get a dialog box that says Rasterize width:__________pixels []Convert to Greyscale I've experimented with this option several different ways before seeking help. I've added in all kinds of pixel numbers and have had all kinds of results. What I really want to know is their a way of knowing from the autocad software or some other method as to determine the proper amount of pixels that will keep my drawing with in the proper aspect ratio. |
RE: Tile Print
I'm glad you like Tile Print.
I find that around 3000 works well for rasterizing. The higher the number, the better the quality - until you run out of memory. Convert to greyscale removes all the colour information so that it is black on white, which is better for printing. What results are you getting? If you want to send me the DXF file, I can take a look at it. Send it to [email protected] |
