Default 1/2a pbf construction hints

I have a 061 that would be great on a pbf. But I'm unsure of how to build it exactly? I read the threads and believe a 16x16 is a good starting point. But do I leave it flat or try to air foil the wing? How big does the rudder need to be? Can anybody post a few pics?
