Default Some good deals

I found this shop in CA that has some good prices. The Bergs are $34.95 with crystal included and are in stock (so they say). They also have a closeout special on the Futaba 3108 w/J connector for $12.99 [Speed: 0.12 sec/60 deg @ 4.8; Torque: 17 oz-in @ 4.8V; Length: .9" (21.8mm); Height: .8" (19.8mm); Weight: 0.27 ounce (7.6 grams)] That's pretty much the same specs as the HS55 but a bit cheaper. Oh, and free Priority Mail shipping with a $100 or more order.

I think Paypal is flawed, too, and I don't use it!

Aeromicro...
I have placed maybe ten orders with them, via the net and CC, and I have to say...
They are OUTSTANDING.
Everything CONSISTENTLY arrives BEFORE it's expected. Almost always, it's packed the same day it is ordered, and priority mail usually gets it here a day or two after that.
Their website is easy.
Their prices and selection are great.
They don't overcharge for shipping.
They keep you apprised of every step of the transaction, tracking, etc.
I bought a berg from them that turned out to be a dud, I sent it back, a new one arrived within a week.
As far as online shops go...my experience with Aero Micro has been a solid TEN.

I saw some of their stuff up close at Balsa Product's booth at the WRAM show...they had those four channel planes with radios and stuff, they were closing them out at insanely cheap prices. When you see the stuff up close, it's REALLY cheap...don't expect that you are getting a $12 servo for $3. Maybe more like a $6 servo for $3! From what BP said, there were plenty of failures in this equipment, too many for BP to carry the line.
Keep all that in mind as second-hand info, I have NOT used the stuff myself...
But don't go putting the stuff in your favorite model, check it out in something junky first!

Good to know, my friend I believe said it was going in a parkflyer so it shouldnt be too dangerous, I use a lot of Draganfly stuff that are $9 and have only had one or two that "jittered" alot out of ,well, too many crashed at my hand..lets just say I have a lot of leads to make battery paks from...Rog

Jeez, for $3 a servo, it is worth a try! I got an all-carbon parkflyer that would make a good test subject, I have NEVER been able to damage it. And those brushless ESC's, thats about a 1/4 price of the cheapest I have ever seen. Thanks for the link, I think I will do some experimenting.,..

Heh, where do they say that? If it's anything like their famous "All you can fly" then it means that everyone can use it.
