Default Need your advice

Hey guy's I have a P51 that I picked up about a year ago.
I don't know anything about the plane other than some specs.
Wing span is 35.5" its 27.5" long and its weight is 12.4oz ( plane only ).
The motor mount that's on it has about 27mm center to center across.
I would like to know what engine you guy's think would work. I have
been flying the bigger planes and don't have any experience with these.
Thanks for your help.

Alan

Alan, it is roughly 1/12th scale, and either a .074, .10 or .15 will fly it well.

Glad to help. The RCU engine comparison department might have beam width specs included in the tech info so you can match the engine to the existing mount.
I just looked for myself and the beam widths aren't in the specs. Maybe I've seen them in the Tower catalogs' listing of OS engines? Too bad OS doesn't make 1/2A engines, they could make them as a way to create a stepping stone to their more expensive engines. I would be all over a .061 CVA!
