Default Auction?

Hi Guys, I was just wondering how you go about placing an item up for auction here on RCU. I have an old NIB 1/2a A.C. Gilbert "the Wing Thing" and want to see if anyone is interested in it. I've been trying to figure out how to do it. I'm stumped.

RCU has discontinued auction format ads. You can go to your "my market" page and sell with a classified ad. Or, you can sell your Wing Thing to me!
I will give you a fair price. If you can send me some more pics I will be better able to make you an offer.

Well, No wonder I can't find the Auctions in the marketplace!! Here's a couple of pics of the "Wing Thing" Not the best quality, but I've got the crappiest camera ever made![] No rips or tears in the "wing" and it's still very pliable. The fuel line is broken at the venturi, but easily replaced, and all the parts are there as well as the instructions and it appears to have never been assembled. I was wondering, if I don't sell it, how I could go about making it RC! Might be fun. Tim

I bet it was fun trying to hand start the engine with that wing thing in the way.

Dave, I know nothing about Glibert engines, but the flywheel looking thing at the prop shaft is a type of spring starter.
