Well, Redwood City to be exact, but why split hairs. I brought two planes with me, and remembered the transmitter and charger! Brought the camera too!

Ya know, the US is a big country. Especialy when you've only got two and a half days to drive it from coast to coast. I spotted some interesting flying sites in Nevada, Wyoming and Nebraska that I will be stopping at on my way home (if my planes survive here of course!).

I'll be posting some photos, so stay tuned!

You are so scared to race me you have moved to the left coast?!!![>:]

Hope you are doing well out there bro. Try to hook up with Evan while you are out there, he's in SJ last I heard.

There are some sick slope soaring spots out there too.

Tangerine Jack,

If you take I-80 you will drive past our flying field. It is located at North West corner of the intersection of I-80 and I-29. Its on the Iowa side just across the Missouri River. If you are feeling lucky after a day of flying you can hit the big casino that is only 1 mile away.

I might take you up on that offer Hec. I spied one or two open fields in Nebraska, and I've got a friend I will be seeing in the area on my way home. I'll be sure to PM you when the time for me to travel home gets near.

As for you Vic, I figure if I launch my plane from here the same time you launch from NC, I'll still beat you to the same finish line so I'm not worried.

Only cause I gotta work with a head wind while you got the tailwind. I doubt it would happen anyway.
