Well as many of you know, finding .09 parts is hard. What i would like to know is will a .049/.051 tee dee carb body work on a tee dee .09 as mine is cracked and need a new one. If anyone has one they want to get rid of please let me know i am in desperate need of it.

No...the .049/.051 carb body is smaller.

There are a couple of guys here who might be able to help ya with a factory original plastic one...but if you want an Aluminum one...I know a guy who makes 'em.

I would suggest the aluminum one. There is a seller on ebay by the name of ridenfligh. His parts are of excellent quality. Check out item number 260484654714. I know you are looking for a .09 one, but I would drop him an email via ebay, since I believe he offers other sizes as well.

Yep...he makes them for the TD .09
Also the TD .049 anodized black and one in red for the .051

I traded him several of the above, plus some of his backplates w/ pressure nipples for a TD .020 so I know that he will also (hopefully soon ) have them for the .020 [8D]

I emailed him yesterday, he said he is out of the .09's and not sure when he will be making more. i guees i will get out the fiberglass and try to fix the one i have. Has anyone ever put a real carb inplace of the fuel sprayer, i have one from a .18 its model 11b carb i think i am going to try to mold that into the original carb body.

Zombie Thread Recharge...
I am looking for a .09 TD aluminum carb body. I found this (old) thread and tried ridenfligh on ebay but he has nothing listed, and hasn't for a while it seems.

He has had some surgery and is on the mend is why no new offerings, I hear he is doing well
so we could very well have some new stock for the summer. I have a pre-order made with him.
At the time he didn't say he was done with it all.

BG, have you tried MECOA? OR COX Internationa,? There is a guy on ebay out of North or South Carolina (forgot his user name) Hope this helps.
