After using Balsaloc and heatto stick the Prolight/Oralight to the rudder, Iread the covering instructions. Apparently there's a thin transparent protective film attached that Idid not notice . No wonder the 25µm film seemed so sturdy!

I'll have to remove the scrapfilm from the rudder and do it again. At least Idid not waste a bigger area. Ireally should read first and do later. It will probably work out a little more transparent when done correctly. And will probably stick better once Iconnect with the adhesive.
