Here's a case... I got my cert. yanked in '89 for doing something stupid. I was home on a Friday night and the forcast for later in the evening showed high winds, well I just ignored the forcast and didn't retract my umbrella at my patio lawn furniture...
STUPID move!
The umbrella was found tipped over the next morning and my local FSDO heard about it... The FAA grounded me.
