Lacquer thinner or Acetone will soften the glue and you'll be able to lift them off without ruining them,,
The tricky part is putting them back down.
3M 77 spray contact cement works pretty good

I agree with Jerry, generally it not worth the trouble, but I've done it a couple times with decent results with hard/impossible to get Graphics for my Dirt Bike.
