Could be a pop off pressure thing and the g load is effecting the spring tension. DA had a problem with some of their 85's doing something like that and the fix was to stretch the spring by 1mm. Not saying this is the problem, but it does sound very familiar. Maybe Jody or T.O.M. will see your post and respond.
