Do you mean TA05 version II?

The biggest differences would be one is shaft drive, the other belt. This is a personal choice, some like belt, some shaft.

I prefer belt, because they are easier to work on (at least to me), but have issues with debris (the cleaner the surface they run on, the better). Shafties are very dependable, and generally less expensive than belt drives.

The TA05 ver. II is a good chassis, mainly for on-road grip driving, though. Same-same TB03R. You may want to get other views, but the choice will still be up to you.
