Yes a failsafe and spring for sure. Then get some 50wt shock oil, good aluminum bulkheads( no INTEGY!)and a pullstarter / glo ignitor. A decent pair of servos and some ball bearings for the steering too. Loosen your slipper a hair too, that's probably why you ruined a shaft so quickly.
