Basically.....charge and discharge repeatadly over a period of time until maximum capacity is reached.Agood charger will do this automatically as a feature, but can be a little more expensive. I am cycling some old NiMH AA'sright now as we speak. I have not done my lipos for my helis....as the stock charger only charges. I do this with new batteries as well and have had great results.
