Default FMS pic cable does not work.

With JR radios, there is no need to remove the crystal. When the training plug is inserted, the radio will turn on the coder part of the radio only, so the transmitter part will not be working.

Just remember NOT to turn on the radio at the power switch, as this will then block the signal on the training socket.

In FMS, set up the interface as follow:
Options - Analog Control.
Select PIC Serial Interface.
Click on Resources.
Select 19200 baud, and your com port in use.
Click Ok.
Click on Mapping/Calibrate.
Click Calibrate, follow on-screen instructions.
Do the channel mappings.
Calibration is now complete.

Fly plane, and see which channels must be reversed, and click on Inv under Mapping/Calibration.

If this does not work, you can try setting the baud rate to 9600 baud, as there are a few interfaces that operate on this baud rate.
