RE: NEW DLE 20cc Gasser! (Data & Links 1st Post)
I have a RCS 140 (22cc) two stroke gasser in a Hanger 9 PT-19. The RCS 140 has a rotary valve instead of the reed valve that the DLE 20 has. The RCS 140 weighs 38 oz with ign. and muffler. It appears to me that the DLE 20 would be a good replacement engine for this plane. Any thoughts, pro and con.
SuperCub Man. I also have the G26 in my GP Super Stearman. I chose that engine because of its weight and I still had to add lead to the nose. It’s a great combo.
