I agree with combatpig, I would recomend a neu 1115 1.5 y motor on 5s 3200 30 to 40c lipos, a castle Ice 75 amp controller and an apc 5.5 x 5.5 prop. This setup pulls only 55 to 60 amps does close to 200 in an f5d plane and should do close to 170 in a demon. Proper airflow over the motor and controller is all thats needed for cooling. This is what I would use.
