I process between 60-100 emails everyday. None get missed. Are you sure that you sent it to
[email protected]? If I can still be of any help, you know where to get me, and I will be happy to try and assist. We have sent over 12 Boomerangs to Australia ( Sounds like selling snow to the Eskimo's) this year alone, so there is no issue supplying or getting them to OZ.
