I just soaked the heck of of the balsa with glass cleaner. The pipe is 1/2 inch and the balsa needs to be 5.4cm wide to fit around the pipe. I then wraped the whole thing in electrical tape to squeeze the balsa toghter and flat until dried. What size engine are you going to use? Have you though if you are going to do the whole sliding canopy thing?
