Any boat can break and/or sink regardless of what its made of (unless you make one of those wood over foam hulls!).....But speaking from experience ABS hulls do NOT hold up as well as a fiberglass hull....Especially if you submarine your hydro at 40mph over choppy water as I did and watched $400 bux "go down the drain" D'oh!
