looks like part of the throttle stick ratchet...well,that's what it looks like to me. Take the back off the radio and look at the throttle stick assembly. Your unidentified object screws to the gimbal support and provide an ''indent or ratchet'' feel to the throttle stick. Your radio may already have it on...does the throttle feel ''notchy''?
I think your right. Found a pic of a DX7 open, and it looks like it in the picture.
