We Started the turbine couple times, but when its doing the Ramp Up after it starts igniting on the kero fuel, it spits out a yellow flame until it gets closer to 40Krpm it stops. this is not excessive in my opinion but not normal compering it to some videos on youtube.

A little flame spitting out like what you described during ramp up is very normal. Depends on ambient lighting and angle, sometimes flames don't show well on video. Next time, please keep a close attention on its temperature, if it doesn't spike over say 780 I would not worry about it at all.
