srt10, Where do you get your info bro? A 60 MPH UL1 powered FE30? The FE30 can run in water that would park a JAE? 50+mph heat racing stock UL1? You may be able to get a stock UL1 over 50 playing at the pond by yourself, but the last one I saw heat racing with riggers ended up in two pieces.
I saw the video of the FE30 running with the gassers. It's an awesome hull and she held her own, but if memory serves me the boat did not have an uneventfull heat as the race water eventually got to her.
All I have to say is the 2010 FE Nationals were a kick in the pants
The FE30 rocked!
The FE30 is about as close as you can get to a Rigger and still be raced as a Hydro
and the race water with the gassers did not get the FE30
try that with any other 30" Rigger or Hyro.. not going to happen
