Default RE: Amazing KINGTIGER

ORIGINAL: Jagdtiger

Wow. I have NO interest in researching any specific Abteilung, nor do I believe that the book has 'fictitious' illustrations . Each regiment had their own camo/paint pattern, and I find it highly unlikely that they didnt paint their tanks white, even if it wasnt official. As for the comment about my Grandfather, don't be such an ***** and enjoy the fact that I have a tank you dont, and a Grandfather you dont.
I think your perhaps a young person and a novice tank modeler and as they say on the best of the German National WWII Panzer Model web sites, this is not an innocent hobby.

The other half of modeling WWII armored vehicles is understanding their place in Western History.

• Modeling a particular Allied or Axis unit is all part of the tank building hobby.

• And you need to recognize what the 1940's meant to the world, plus the political evil of the times the Hitler flag represents.

• For a toy tank, it all has heavy meaning.
