Hey Guys,

We finally got around to starting up my Summitt III yesterday, its running an OS 61RF (with the back plate pump) on a carbon pipe. The problem we noticed is that when we run it up to full throttle it doesn't peak until we back it down and run it up again. It also surges all by itself at both high throttle and idle. Any ideas on what we should look at?
