Hi everybody,

I have just a quick question for those 55ax owners out there. What is a reasonable rpm, at sea level, for a 55ax turning a 11x5 APC prop on 10 to 15% fuel?

i run a ax55 on a 11x5 and it runs rather well. you will not wear out your engine any faster turning it at 14500 rpm compared to 12000. if you are turning a ax55 less than 12000 rpm your prop is to big
