Hi guys

Ive been trying to get some advice and someone told me to post in here. Im changing to gas finally and I want to put a new zenoah in a 60 P-51. Is there anything right off the bat I should know going from four stroke to gas? Do i need a different tank? Any help would be appreciated.
capo915, did you ever mount the G20 in the p-51 yet? I'm thinking of doing the same thing with mine.
Yes sir I did and it is not overpowered like some of the above posters said it might be. In my opinion it is a perfect match. There is a problem cutting the cowl on both sides because the inverted wrap around muffler does not fit for the distance needed form the firewall. I put it in a model whose fuselage is fiberglass. It weights about 11 pounds dry so its not a light bird but the zenoah handles it beautiful. I am however starting to notice a problem with this engine as it starts to surge after about 5 minutes. It does not quit but any engine that surges is just asking for trouble. I dont know if its the battery thats causing it or what but I know its not running lean so.........
