I haven't flown the Strega, but it's basically a racing P-51. Given the design and wing area, you may be asking for easier tip stalls if you install flaps or flaperons and try to slow it down too much. Be carefull to come in under some power if you do, just like you would most war birds.
You know what,
I think, I will try to use spoilerons instead of flaps. Because I was reading that other post Lnewqban advised and everybody is saying the same thing, It will slow it down to stall. If I use throttle it will start going up again . My problem is plane comes in too fast and too high. Spoilers will decent it quicker but I can cut the throttle down to idle and slow it down like that. this plane just doesnt want to land, Just a tiny bit of elevator causes a 3 4 feet climb and by the time it glides back down Its already halfway down the runway,
