Thanks for the compliment. That system seen on my website on the Hanger 9 Extra/BME102 made 90 DB at 25 feet, at 6300 rpm on a RCS 26/10. Thats down about 200 rpm from the stock JA's which made 94 DB at 25 feet. That plane combo was so fun that a local fellow bought the plane a few weeks ago. Since then I have done some more fabricating of test mufflers but no hard testing yet. I believe I can get some of the 200 R's back with the same low DB's with the newer baffle design.
I had a ZDZ80 single on order for two months, just got it a week ago. I also picked up a Hanger 9 33% Cap on sale too.
This seems to be a popular combo. I anticipate if I can get the DB's down to a respectable level it will be the answer for many such combos. I'll let you know the results, Should have some numbers in a couple of weeks
